The Site is intended for use by business owners, healthcare professionals, legal professionals, entrepreneurs, and any other individual or organization interested in our virtual assistant and remote staffing services ("you" or "your").

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Site and form a binding agreement between you and Virtual Mojoe. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Site.

Any actual staffing or service engagement with Virtual Mojoe is governed by a separate signed Service Agreement between you and Virtual Mojoe, and not by these Terms of Use alone.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIRTUAL MOJOE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL VIRTUAL MOJOE'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS.
