10. Healthcare Clients and HIPAA
Virtual Mojoe supports medical practices with HIPAA-compliant virtual assistant services. This website Privacy Policy governs information collected through the Site itself and does not serve as a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. When we are engaged to support a healthcare practice, access to any Protected Health Information by an assigned virtual assistant is governed by the client's own policies and a separate Business Associate Agreement executed between Virtual Mojoe and the client, consistent with the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business owners, healthcare and legal professionals, and other adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
